Commercial freight often involves several parties: the customer, collection site, transport provider, receiving site and accounts team. We provide the coordination needed to turn the customer's instructions into a workable collection and delivery plan.

Collection planning
We record the collection address, contact, operating hours, access requirements, loading method and goods-ready time. The relevant instructions are communicated as part of the booking.
Collection planning is included in the transport price unless the quotation identifies a separate administration or project charge.

Delivery-slot coordination
Where a receiving site requires an appointment, booking reference or defined delivery window, we can coordinate the available information and include it in the movement instructions.
Customers remain responsible for providing correct references and notifying us of site-specific procedures before the booking is confirmed.

Transport-resource coordination
We assess the declared load and route to arrange suitable road transport capacity. Where a movement is fulfilled using a third-party transport provider, CLEARPATH LOGISTICS LTD manages the booking and pays that provider under a separate commercial arrangement.
The customer pays the price stated in our quotation for the complete agreed service. We do not add undisclosed commissions based on the value of the goods.

Movement communication
We communicate relevant booking information between the parties and provide reasonable updates based on information available during the movement.
Transport is affected by traffic, weather, road restrictions, site delays and other operational conditions. If a reported issue affects the plan, we explain the available next steps and any resulting charge before additional work is undertaken wherever practical.

Delivery records
Delivery confirmation or proof of delivery can be provided where it forms part of the agreed service and is made available following completion.
Requests for non-standard reports, photographs or supporting documents should be made before quotation.

Support for recurring movements
For customers with regular collections or deliveries, we can maintain consistent booking information for agreed routes and operating requirements. This can reduce repeated administration while ensuring that changes to the load or site instructions are recorded.
Recurring work remains subject to availability and the commercial terms agreed for the schedule.
